Frequently Asked Questions
The honest answers.
Is this a sales pitch?
No. Gordon built this because too many leaders waste months debating whether to hire a consultant before they've even named what's wrong. The assessment exists to give you clarity — nothing else. Gordon only reaches out personally when he thinks he can genuinely help, and there is never any pressure.
Who is this assessment for?
CEOs and founders of small-to-medium businesses (roughly 10–200 employees) who sense something is off in their organization but can't fully articulate what it is. If you run a larger organization, the questions still apply — but the dynamics may differ.
How long does it take?
Most people complete it in 10–12 minutes. There are 33 questions: 20 on your organization's health, and 13 that help personalize the recommendation at the end.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Your answers and email are never shared, sold, or used for advertising. Gordon reviews submissions personally to understand where leaders are and occasionally reaches out when there's a genuine fit. Unsubscribe from emails at any time.
What is The Table Group?
The Table Group is Patrick Lencioni's consulting firm, known for books like The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and The Advantage. The Table Group trains and certifies consultants on Lencioni's organizational health framework. Gordon Blocker is a licensed Table Group consultant.
What happens after I get my results?
You'll see your archetype, pillar breakdown, and a personalized recommendation. If you enter your email, Gordon receives a copy and may reach out — again, only if he thinks there's a genuine fit. No automated sales sequences, no pressure.
